Weeger Productions - Logo

Hi there!

This is my entry for the Weeger Productions' logo contest.
Most interesting was that I could work with a single letter this time (for the illustrative part of the logo that is).

My idea
At first I was going for a folded W. The background-strokes of that W would be darker then the foreground's strokes. But I changed my mind. I wanted to keep the idea using the letter W, but I wanted to create something more special.

The best way to find interesting shapes and twists is to take a stroke of paper and start folding. One of the models I folded popped open, creating a 3d-shape. That gave me the idea to use the third dimension to optain my objective: creating the letter 'W' using an interesting/unique shape.

I'm glad how this logo turned out. This is definatelly worth putting in my portfolio. I hope you enjoy the logo as much as I do!
